Based on our initial call, we’ll put together a brief proposal that outlines how we can help, our strategic thoughts, and costs.

Once we know what we’re making, we get started right away. No lengthy onboarding process, no wasting time. We’re lean and ready to roll.
Our Content Development Process
Start with a strategy:
Content shouldn’t exist unless it deserves to exist. That means it serves a purpose and helps you meet your goals.
Know when to publish:
We plan our content out weeks in advance. No more ad hoc, on-the-fly content strategy.
Establish requirements:
None of our content goes out unless there’s a rigorous plan that includes styles, SEO keywords.
Deliver something awesome:
Everything we write goes through stringent drafting and editing workflows. Quality first!
How involved does Edify get?
It’s a sliding scale. Every client is unique and has their own way of working. Some want a high-touch experience and others prefer a set-and-forget approach. We’re good with all of that, and everything between.
High-touch
We talk on Slack every day, see each other once a quarter in person, and maybe we’re even texting at night about that deliverable due first thing in the morning.
Meetings? Sure. Our rates include what we deem a “reasonable” amount of meeting time per project or deliverable.
We typically represent ourselves on a meeting with one of your clients, but we’re happy to white-label.
Hands-off
We create content on our own with quick check-ins with you once or twice a month.
Post content to your website? You got it! We typically do this for an additional fee, but we’re happy to work in your CMS.
Social media? Okay. Several clients give us their credentials and we post on their behalf. (We prefer to work with social media automation tools.)
We do all our own client work
We don’t outsource to people we don’t know and we don’t subcontract to anyone unless we know and trust them deeply.
We guarantee a face-to-face relationship with the people who do the work. If Anthony or Ellis are on the call, we are doing the work or managing the work directly.
We’re not in it to become zillionaires. We’re in it because we love producing content for great clients.
