YOU MUST BRAG. This is a reality of selling yourself to an employer. You ever see a real estate listing that says, “Pretty good house. Couple rooms. Old carpet. The kitchen is all right. The walls need new colors. Who knows what the owner was thinking a few years ago.”

No. That would be stupid.
